gefiel, wo ich gelandet war, und der Bank Holiday Engpass an Unterkünften liess
mich so schnell wie möglich auf die Suche nach einer freien machen…
Looking at the distance Killinick – Kilmore Quay on the map only shows 20 km… I liked where I ended up and the Bank Holiday shortage of accommodation made me look for a free one as much as possible…

gestern Nacht! Annes Garten war wie der Name ihres Roselawn B&B (+353 53 915 8910) verspach: Ich konnte mich nicht
satt sehen an der Blüten- und Farbenfülle! : )
Yes, it was a nice feeling to wake up in Ireland - despite of the stress of looking for a room last night! Anne's garden was as the name of her Roselawn B&B (+353 53 915 8910) promised: I couldn't get enough of the blaze of colours and bloomage! : )

Nach einem herzhaften irischen Frühstück fuhr ich kurz vor Mittag los an die Küste und landete 20 km weiter in Kilmore Quay… Ich klapperte sämtliche B&B und Hotels ab und als ich schon aufgeben wollte, gab mir eine Lady die Adresse von Angela… Ihr Libgate House B&B (https://www.facebook.com/angela.hilbrecht) liegt 400 m vom Ort Kilmore Quay und eine fröhliche deutsche Familie öffnete mir die Türen. Angela hatte gerade eine Operation hinter sich und ihre Familie aus Deutschland war da, um ihr zur Seite zu stehen. Offiziell war das Libgate House gar noch nicht offen und auch noch nicht beschriftet, deshalb hatte es wohl ein Zimmer für mich!?
After a hearty Irish breakfast I set off for the seafront just before noon and landed at Kilmore Quay 20 km further on... I rattled off all the B&Bs and hotels and just as I was about to give up, a lady gave me Angela's address... Her Libgate House B&B (https://www.facebook.com/angela.hilbrecht) is situated 400 m from Kilmore Quay village and a happy German family opened their doors. Angela just had had an operation and her family from Germany arrived to support her. Officially, Libgate House wasn't even open yet nor signed out, I guess that’s why there was a room for me!?
