liegt eines der renommiertesten SPA und Hotel in Irland: Monart. Ich hatte mich vor 2 Wochen
erkundigt, um einen Termin für meine Tochter Melanie abzusprechen… vergeblich,
denn das TagesSPA war ausgebucht bis April 2024… So liess ich mich auf die
Warteliste setzen und tatsächlich erhielt ich einen Anruf: Jemand hatte abgesagt
und so fand ich einen Termin für Sonntag, den 15. Oktober. : )
Just 3 km from The Range (https://www.sykescottages.co.uk/cottage/County-Carlow-Davidstown/The-Range-29694.html) is one of the most prestigious SPA and hotel in Ireland: Monart. 2 weeks ago I tried to make an appointment for my daughter Melanie... in vain because the day SPA was fully booked until April 2024... I had myself put on the waiting list and indeed received a call: Someone had cancelled and that's why I found an appointment for Sunday, October 15th. : )

Da aus
Covidgründen alle Behandlungen wie Massagen ausfielen, machte ich am Samstag einen
Thai Massage Termin in Enniscorthy (https://www.thaimassageenniscorthy.com),
wo ich eine grandiose Tiefengewebemassage mit Nam genoss. : ) Den Abend liess
ich thailändisch ausklingen mit einem leckeren Abendessen im Chang Thai
Restaurant des Treacy’s Hotel (https://www.treacyshotel.com/dining/chang-thai)...
Since all treatments such as massages were cancelled due to Covid reasons, I made an appointment at Thai Massage Enniscorthy (https://www.thaimassageenniscorthy.com) for Saturday, where I enjoyed a fantastic deep tissue massage with Nam. : ) I rounded off the evening on a Thai note with a delicious dinner at the Chang Thai Restaurant of Treacy’s Hotel (https://www.treacyshotel.com/dining/chang-thai)...

Am
Sonntag um 11:30 Uhr war es dann endlich soweit und ich traf im Monart SPA (https://monart.ie) ein.
Das Hotel bietet Tagesaufenthalte im SPA an: einen 6-stündigen Aufenthalt
inklusive 2-Gang Mittagsessen und eine Behandlung nach Wahl. Da einige der
Therapeuten an Covid erkrankt waren, fiel die Massage aus, stattdessen durfte
ich den Schlammraum benutzen! : ) Ein absolut geniales SPA, wo ich fast alles
ausprobierte: das Dampfbad, 3 Saunen, das Caldarum, das Thermalbad und die Salzgrotte.

On Sunday at 11:30 am time finally had come and I arrived at
the Monart SPA (https://monart.ie). The hotel offers day SPAs: a 6-hour stay including a 2-course
lunch and a treatment of choice. Since some of the therapists had Covid, the
massage was cancelled and I was allowed to use the mud room instead! : ) An
absolutely brilliant SPA, where I tried out almost everything: the steam bath,
3 saunas, the caldarum, the thermal bath and the salt grotto. : ))
