Ja, genau:
Diesen zwischenmenschlichen Respekt hatte ich nötig um wieder Vertrauen in die
Menschen zu gewinnen… also war ich am richtigen Ort (http://www.whalewatchwestcork.com)!
: ) - Es lief zwar nicht ganz nach Plan, denn Nics Tochter Charlotte hatte
gerade eine Trennung hinter sich und wollte in Nics Apartment ziehen… Nic hatte
aber noch ein Zimmer frei, wo ich einziehen durfte. : ) 2 Tage später traf noch
Nics ältester Sohn ungeplant dazu: Josh wohnt normalerweise in Paris, da sein Arbeitgeber
aber momentan in Irland ist, flog er auch her und musste ins Notzimmer ziehen… Glücklicherweise
sind wir alle respektvolle, positive und flexible Menschen hier im Haus und
formten uns zu einem guten Team! Nachträglich
war es die viel bessere Lösung für mich, denn so war ich nicht die ganze Zeit
alleine, und konnte das ganze Haus nutzen – ich fühlte mich wohl und frei! : ))
Yes, exactly: I needed this interpersonal respect to regain trust in people... thus I was in the right place (http://www.whalewatchwestcork.com)! : ) - Things didn't quite go according to plan, because Nic's daughter Charlotte had just separated and wanted to move into Nic's apartment... But Nic still had a room available for me to move into. : ) 2 days later, Nic's eldest son unexpectedly joined in: Josh normally lives in Paris, but since his employer was currently in Ireland, he also flew in and had to move into the emergency room... Fortunately we are all respectful, positive and flexible humans here in the house and formed us into a good team! In retrospect, it was a much better solution for me, because I wasn't alone all the time and could use the whole house - I felt saft and free! : ))

Nun, da
ich mich nach meinem Yoga Retreat wieder in einem Meditations- und Yogarhythms
befand, adaptierte ich diese wertvollen Momente wieder in mein Tagesprogramm.
Seit Jahren besuche ich Yogalektionen auf dem ganzen Planeten und fand vor

aus Kanada (in Englisch) im Internet, die über 800 Videos von 10 Minuten – 1 ½ Stunden
gratis bereitstellt… einfach nur toll… das Gute teilen…
Now that I was back in a meditation and yoga rhythm after my yoga retreat, I adapted these precious moments back into my daily routine. I've been attending yoga classes all over the planet for years and recently found the amazing Kassandra (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX32D3gKXENrhOXdZjWWtMA) from Canada (in English) on the internet, who provides over 800 videos ranging from 10 minutes - 1 ½ hours for free... absolutely great... sharing good things...

Die
Umgebung erkundete ich wie immer joggend. Diesmal hatte ich eine Rundstrecke
vor dem Haus, für die ich genau 1 Stunde benötigte und die am Lough Hyne entlang
führte. Das Wetter war meist wechselhaft und ich nahm mir die sonnigen Stunden
raus – einmal rechts rum und dann mal links rum. Das Wasser war sehr verlockend…
aber einfach zu kalt für mich… oder war ich nur noch nicht Irisch genug??- Beim
2. Mal tauchte ich wenigstens für 1 Sekunde ein! ; )
As always, I explored my surroundings while going for a run. This time I had a circular route in front of the house, which took exactly 1 hour and led along Lough Hyne. The weather was mostly changeable, but I waited for the sunny hours - once to the right and then to the left. The water was very tempting...but just too cold for me...or am I just not yet Irish enough??- The 2nd time I dipped in for a 1 second! ; )

Ich
genoss die Ruhe und die grüne Landschaft… Am Samstag fuhr ich die 10 km nach Skibbereen
zum allwöchentlichen Farmers Market… Wir kochten meist zuhause und einmal fuhr
ich zum Apero mit Nic zum Casey’s (https://www.caseysofbaltimore.com)
und einmal zum Abendessen zur Waterfront (https://www.waterfrontbaltimore.ie),
ebenfalls in Baltimore (5 km entfernt).
I enjoyed the quietness and the green landscape... On Saturday I drove the 10 km to Skibbereen to the weekly Farmers Market... We mostly cooked at home and once I drove with Nic to Casey's (https://www.caseysofbaltimore.com) for a drink and once for dinner to the Waterfront (https://www.waterfrontbaltimore.ie), also in Baltimore (5 km away).

wurde die Entzündung an meinen Händen immer schlimmer… und Nic empfahl seinen
Arzt in Skibbereen aufzusuchen, wo ich einen Termin für diese Woche abmachen konnte…

the inflammation on my hands was getting worse... and Nic advised to see his
doctor in Skibbereen and I was able to make an appointment for this week...
